Orlando (Florida) U.S., 22 July 2024 – National Airlines officially announced a commitment to order four Boeing 777 Freighters with the deliveries scheduled to begin in the next several years to meet the carrier’s global growth strategy.

In 2020, National Airlines purchased their first Airbus aircraft as a part of their ongoing fleet expansion project. The A330-200 has been a strategic addition to the National’s passenger fleet. With the addition of the A330-200, National Airlines has extended its services to support corporate business groups, tour operators, sports teams, and entertainment groups with their logistics needs.

The National Air Cargo Group is a flagship blend of the Airlines & Freight Forwarding divisions offering mission-critical logistics support to a wide array of industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Government & Defense Logistics to name a few.

National has always been amongst the frontliners during any emergency crisis. With COVID-19 being the latest global pandemic, National has been dedicated to operating relief missions moving supplies like PPE & ancillary kits, masks, and gloves to different parts of the world.

In 2020, National completed 29 years of operations. They first commenced business in October 1991 with their first registered office being in Buffalo, New York.

With the latest addition of B747-400F, National has a total of 6 freighter aircraft.

Day to day at the System Operations Control Center is quite dynamic with flights change daily, hourly sometimes. Efficient and effective planning and execution helps serve our customer’s needs to the fullest. National’s System Operations Control team includes duty managers, ground operations coordinators, crew schedulers, mission planners, dispatchers and maintenance controllers who work together to minimize schedule disruptions and maximize customer satisfaction.

In response to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) call to transport immediate medical supplies to India, National Airlines airlifted 80 tons of relief supplies including oxygen cylinders, N-95 masks, and other medical equipment.
